2. Das Spiel Booomtown (App für Apple TV)

Keine Datenerhebung durch uns

Booomtown kommt ohne Konto und Anmeldung aus. Die App zeigt keine Werbung, enthält keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge und baut keine Verbindung zu Servern von uns oder anderen auf. Wir erfahren nicht, wer spielt, wie oft oder wie lange.

Einstellungen auf deinem Apple TV

Damit Booomtown sich an deine Einstellungen erinnert, speichert die App auf deinem Apple TV: die Lautstärken (Gesamt, Musik, Effekte), die Steuerung der Siri Remote (Wischen oder Klicken, Taste zum Ablegen) und ob das Tutorial schon gespielt wurde. Diese Angaben bleiben auf dem Gerät, wir haben keinen Zugriff darauf. Wenn du die App löschst, sind sie weg. Das Speichern ist für die gewünschte Funktion unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG).

Game-Controller

Controller verbindest du über die Einstellungen deines Apple TV. Deine Eingaben steuern nur das laufende Spiel auf dem Gerät; sie werden weder gespeichert noch übertragen.

App Store und Apple

Du lädst Booomtown über den App Store von Apple. Dabei verarbeitet Apple Daten wie deinen Apple Account und den Download in eigener Verantwortung; es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple.

Apple stellt uns zusammengefasste Zahlen zur Verfügung, etwa wie oft die App geladen wurde und in welchen Ländern. Nur wenn du in den Datenschutz-Einstellungen deines Apple TV erlaubt hast, Analysedaten mit App-Entwicklern zu teilen, erhalten wir außerdem Absturzberichte und Nutzungsstatistiken – ohne Namen, Apple Account oder Kontaktdaten. Daraus können wir keine Person erkennen. Wir nutzen sie nur, um Fehler zu beheben. Soweit darin überhaupt personenbezogene Daten liegen, ist die Rechtsgrundlage unser berechtigtes Interesse an einem fehlerfreien Spiel (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Freigabe kannst du dort jederzeit abschalten.

3. Diese Website

Hosting über Cloudflare

Die Website joneroni.games liegt bei Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Wenn du eine Seite aufrufst, übermittelt dein Browser technisch bedingt Daten an Cloudflare: deine IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die aufgerufene Adresse, die zuvor besuchte Seite (Referrer) sowie Browser und Betriebssystem. Cloudflare verarbeitet diese Daten in unserem Auftrag (Art. 28 DSGVO), um die Seiten auszuliefern und sie vor Angriffen und Überlastung zu schützen.

Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einer sicheren und schnellen Website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Wir selbst speichern keine Zugriffsprotokolle und werten keine Besuche aus. Cloudflare hält die Daten nur so lange vor, wie es für Auslieferung und Sicherheit nötig ist.

Dabei können Daten in die USA übermittelt werden. Cloudflare ist unter dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; für die USA gilt damit der Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission vom 10. Juli 2023 (Art. 45 DSGVO). Ergänzend sind Standardvertragsklauseln der EU-Kommission vereinbart (Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO). Mehr dazu in der Datenschutzerklärung von Cloudflare.

Keine Cookies, keine Analyse, keine fremden Inhalte

Die Website setzt keine Cookies und nutzt keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste. Schriften, Bilder und Skripte liegen auf unserem eigenen Webspace; es werden keine Inhalte anderer Anbieter wie Google Fonts, Videos oder Social-Media-Knöpfe geladen.

Sprachwahl

Wählst du oben rechts eine Sprache, merkt sich dein Browser diese Wahl im lokalen Speicher (localStorage, Eintrag booomtown.lang) und hängt sie an die Adresse (?lang=). Der Eintrag bleibt auf deinem Gerät und wird nicht an uns übertragen. Du kannst ihn löschen, indem du die Website-Daten in deinem Browser entfernst. Er ist für die gewünschte Funktion unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG).

4. Wenn du uns schreibst

Schreibst du uns eine E-Mail, verarbeiten wir deine E-Mail-Adresse, deinen Namen, falls du ihn angibst, und den Inhalt deiner Nachricht, um dir zu antworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse, Anfragen zu beantworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

E-Mails an Adressen unter joneroni.games nimmt Cloudflare entgegen und leitet sie an unser Postfach bei Google (Gmail) weiter (Cloudflare Email Routing); Cloudflare speichert die Inhalte dabei nicht. Dort speichert sie Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Dabei können Daten auch an Google LLC in den USA übermittelt werden, die unter dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert ist (Art. 45 DSGVO); es gilt zusätzlich die Datenschutzerklärung von Google.

Wir löschen deine Nachricht, sobald dein Anliegen erledigt ist, es sei denn, gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten stehen dem entgegen (zum Beispiel für Geschäftsbriefe bis zu sechs Jahre).

Bist du jünger als 16 Jahre, frag bitte deine Eltern, bevor du uns schreibst.

5. Deine Rechte

Soweit wir personenbezogene Daten von dir verarbeiten, hast du das Recht auf

• Auskunft über diese Daten (Art. 15 DSGVO),
• Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO),
• Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO),
• Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO) und
• Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO).

Widerspruchsrecht: Verarbeiten wir Daten auf Grundlage unseres berechtigten Interesses (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO), kannst du dem aus Gründen, die sich aus deiner besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO).

Eine formlose E-Mail an support@joneroni.games genügt. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren (Art. 77 DSGVO), zum Beispiel bei der für uns zuständigen Berliner Beauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

6. Was wir nicht tun

Wir verkaufen keine Daten, bilden keine Profile und treffen keine automatisierten Entscheidungen über dich (Art. 22 DSGVO). Du bist nicht verpflichtet, uns Daten zu geben; ohne E-Mail-Adresse können wir dir nur nicht antworten.

7. Änderungen

Bekommt Booomtown neue Funktionen, die Daten betreffen – etwa Käufe in der App oder ein Online-Modus –, passen wir diese Erklärung vorher an. Es gilt die jeweils hier veröffentlichte Fassung.

1. Who is responsible?

2. The Booomtown game (app for Apple TV)

We collect no data

Booomtown needs no account or sign-in. The app shows no ads, contains no analytics or tracking tools and doesn’t connect to servers run by us or anyone else. We don’t know who plays, how often or for how long.

Settings on your Apple TV

So that Booomtown remembers your preferences, the app stores the following on your Apple TV: the volume levels (overall, music, effects), your Siri Remote controls (swipe or click, which button drops your item) and whether you have played the tutorial. This information stays on the device, and we have no access to it. Deleting the app deletes it. Storing it is strictly necessary for the feature you asked for (Section 25(2)(2) of the German TDDDG).

Game controllers

You connect controllers in your Apple TV’s settings. Your input only controls the running game on the device; it is neither stored nor transmitted.

App Store and Apple

You download Booomtown from Apple’s App Store. Apple processes data such as your Apple Account and the download under its own responsibility; Apple’s privacy policy applies.

Apple gives us aggregated figures, such as how often the app was downloaded and in which countries. Only if you have allowed sharing analytics with app developers in your Apple TV’s privacy settings do we also receive crash reports and usage statistics — without names, Apple Accounts or contact details. We can’t identify anyone from them, and we use them only to fix bugs. To the extent they contain personal data at all, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a bug-free game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can turn sharing off there at any time.

3. This website

Hosting by Cloudflare

The website joneroni.games is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, your browser necessarily sends data to Cloudflare: your IP address, date and time, the requested address, the page you came from (referrer), and your browser and operating system. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR) to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks and overload.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don’t keep access logs ourselves and don’t analyze visits. Cloudflare retains the data only as long as needed for delivery and security.

Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so the European Commission’s adequacy decision of July 10, 2023 applies (Art. 45 GDPR). In addition, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses have been agreed (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Learn more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

No cookies, no analytics, no third-party content

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own web space; no content from other providers — such as Google Fonts, videos or social media buttons — is loaded.

Language choice

If you pick a language at the top right, your browser remembers that choice in local storage (localStorage, key booomtown.lang) and adds it to the address (?lang=). The entry stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it by clearing this website’s data in your browser. It is strictly necessary for the feature you asked for (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG).

4. If you write to us

If you send us an email, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Emails to addresses at joneroni.games are received by Cloudflare and forwarded to our mailbox at Google (Gmail) (Cloudflare Email Routing); Cloudflare doesn’t store their content. There they are stored by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); Google’s privacy policy also applies.

We delete your message once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply (for example, up to six years for business correspondence).

If you are under 16, please ask your parents before writing to us.

5. Your rights

Where we process personal data about you, you have the right to

• access this data (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

Right to object: Where we process data based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

A short email to support@joneroni.games is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the authority responsible for us, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

6. What we don’t do

We don’t sell data, build profiles or make automated decisions about you (Art. 22 GDPR). You are not obliged to give us any data; without an email address, we just can’t reply.

7. Changes

If Booomtown gets new features that involve data — such as in-app purchases or an online mode — we will update this policy beforehand. The version published here applies.

This English version is a translation. In case of doubt, the German version prevails.
